Melatonin is a hormone your body makes naturally, mostly at night, as part of its sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin Max provides it as a dietary supplement.*
What’s actually in each capsule?
Melatonin (10mg), rice fiber as a flow agent, and a vegetable cellulose capsule. Vegan and non-GMO, with no binders or artificial colors.
When should I take melatonin?
Most people take it 15–20 minutes before their intended bedtime, as the label directs. Follow the label or your healthcare provider’s guidance.
Is melatonin habit-forming?
Melatonin is not classified as habit-forming. If you have questions about long-term use, talk with your healthcare provider.
Can I take melatonin with other supplements or medications?
