Is 60mg a lot of melatonin?
Yes. It’s a high-dose product made for adults who have found standard 1–10mg doses too low. Melatonin Max is also available in 10mg, 20mg, 30mg and 120mg. Talk with your healthcare provider about which strength is appropriate for you.
What is melatonin?
Melatonin is a hormone your body makes naturally, mostly at night, as part of its sleep-wake cycle. Melatonin Max provides it as a dietary supplement in a vegan capsule.*
What’s actually in each capsule?
Melatonin (60mg), rice fiber as a flow agent, and a vegetable cellulose capsule. That’s it: vegan, non-GMO, with no binders or artificial colors.
When should I take melatonin?
Most people take it 15–20 minutes before their intended bedtime, as the label directs. Follow the label or your healthcare provider’s guidance.
Is Melatonin Max vegan and non-GMO?
Yes. The capsule is vegetable cellulose, and the formula contains no animal ingredients, GMOs, binders or artificial colors.
Is melatonin habit-forming?
Melatonin is not classified as habit-forming. If you have questions about long-term use, talk with your healthcare provider.

Highly recommend this melatonin supplement. I take 180 mg at night for chronic migraines and it’s been life changing. It provides EXCELLENT cognitive support. I started using it after that same dosage stopped my husband’s daily mini strokes triggered by a blockage in his cerebellum that his neurologist couldn’t treat, and occurred daily until we tried the 180 mg dosage. Lower dosages didn’t work, so that’s the dosage I use as well.

To find a pill at such a high mg per dose is a revelation. Thanks to Dr F. Excellent product
This works really well for my husband. He needs the bigger dose as part of his cancer protocol and taking two tablets is much better than having to take a handful of smaller mg tablets.
Tablets are larger and a different color powder inside than the Melatonin Max 60 mg I was getting thru Amazon. So far, they seem to be equally effective.

I love this product it has helped even out my sleep (I wake up less during the night and now go right back to sleep). Melatonin Max is a great product to replenish your melatonin as we age. It took me a week or so to feel a difference.
These 60 mg capsules are larger and with an "off-white"powder inside which looks very different from the 60 mg Melatonin Max I was originally getting thru Amazon...not sure why the change in size and appearance but, so far, it seems to be working as expected.
I guess that I'm thrilled that you carry this product as I know of no other 60 mg melatonin on the market.
